A day without glasses
Bookmark on:Ok, it was not a day. Just a few hours. But it was amazing!!
They call it “The Bates Method” as a way to imagine that you do not need glasses even if blind, like me. I was in the center of Milan this morning when I decided to get my (nerd) glasses off to start the “better eyesight”. I could even see the tram arriving and even select the right one to reach home ![]()
After some moments of looseness I began to think that… yes…sometimes I don’t need my glasses. Watching people as out-of-focus moving shapes and cars in a similar way let me think about people dynamics in a street in which I was used to focus on everything, whatching nothing in particular.
Oh… and girls are all hot, without distinctions… and you are not supposed to know anyone just because you cannot realize who is greeting you, if any.
I tried also to reach my stop promising to myself not to wear my glasses, and I did it. “This should improve your memory” they say.
But what about my headache?
